“Balance of movement” is a non-dogmatic method based on the idea of a consciouss self-development through the development of the body.
The method is a combination of yoga, martial arts, handbalancing and calisthenics.
Everything is in a constant movement. Every single cell and every single atom is constantly vibrating. Vibration is movement. Through movement we are expressing our intention. That’s why it is important to do it correctly. The natural consequence of correct movement is healthy, happy and balanced lifestyle.
